Clifton suffers setback in rehabbing injury

The rehabilitation of Green Bay Packers offensive tackle Chad Clifton, who is attempting to battle back from the severe hip injury sustained when he was blindsided by Tampa Bay defensive tackle Warren Sapp, has hit at least a temporary snag.

Clifton has undergone arthroscopic surgery to repair cartilage damage to his right knee and, while the Packers remain guardedly confident Clifton will be ready for training camp, the latest procedure lengthens the odds a bit more.
