Grbac's agent says QB will stay retired

INDIANAPOLIS -- The agent for quarterback Elvis Grbac said here Friday that his client has abandoned plans to return to the NFL in 2003 and instead will remain retired.

"No, he's not coming back, that's it," said agent Jim Steiner. "He's changed his mind on that. It won't happen."

Grbac, 32, left the league last spring after being released by the Baltimore Ravens for salary cap reasons. He had at least one solid contract offer, from the Cincinnati Bengals, but considered it an inferior ...
