Cincinnati added its fourth new defensive starter in less than a week by reaching a four-year, $14.4 million agreement Sunday with former Raiders cornerback Tory James.
James was considering re-signing with the Raiders or possibly joining the Vikings. But the Bengals' offer, plus Lewis' strong pitch to bring him to Cincinnati, convinced James to accept.
