Warning Trax: Props for OBA

I'm convinced that if the Founding Fathers of Rotisserie Baseball (Daniel Okrent and Glen Waggoner, not Thomas Jefferson and George Washington) had invented this game in 2003 instead of 1980, on-base percentage would have replaced batting average as one of the statistical categories. But since it was harder to accumulate statistics in 1980 than it is today, it made perfect sense to have batting average as one of the four offensive categories.
