Top 100 center picks the Orangemen

Class 2003 center Darryl Watkins, a Top 100 prospect from Paterson-Paterson Catholic, NJ., has chosen Syracuse over Rutgers. Watkins, who averaged 16 points, 11 rebounds and six blocks as a senior, also drew interest from North Carolina, Pittsburgh, Kentucky, Memphis, Seton Hall and Villanova.
