Carolina trades Druken for defenseman Rourke

Carolina Hurricanes: The Hurricanes traded center Harold Druken to Toronto on Thursday for defenseman Allan Rourke.

Druken played 14 games with Carolina in 2002-03, getting one assist. He had eight goals and 10 assists in 24 games with Lowell of the American Hockey League.

Rourke, 23, had 12 goals and 19 assists in 65 games with the St. John's Maple Leafs of the AHL. He is in his third professional season, but hasn't played in the NHL.
