Former Pac-10 mentor only candidate for assistant post

Ex-Washington State coach Paul Graham is expected to replace Larry Gay, who resigned as assistant coach after three years, ends on June 30, according to a newspaper report.

BOULDER, Colo. -- University of Colorado head basketball coach Ricardo Patton reportedly is set to appoint Paul Graham, former Washington State head coach, as his new assistant.

Graham is expected to be hired after the tenure of Larry Gay, who resigned as assistant coach after three years, ends on June 30, according to a report in Saturday's Boulder Daily Camera.
