SAINT-MAXIENT-L'ECOLE, France -- Here on the Place Denfert, the happy heart of this stony old burg, Lance Armstrong is dressing in public again. French folks cheer as he thrusts his arms into the sleeves of the "Maillot Jaune,'' the yellow jersey.
