Tomorrow's Starters: Owned in less than 50 percent of ML leagues Limited sked on Thursday, with only a few safe arms going. Oakland's Ted Lilly has been very good in the last month, other than one bad outing at Boston, and he's a big strikeout guy. In Lilly's last two starts he's struck out seven each time, and won. Florida's Carl Pavano gets the nod because he's on a reasonably hot team and he's facing Pittsburgh. Plus, Pavano isn't bad; he's your Steve Trachsel type who's on his way to overall ...
