NCAA gives Nelson full release
HOUSTON -- Baylor basketball signee Tyrone Nelson has the paperwork he has been waiting for to clear him to play immediately without penalty at Prairie View A&M.
Greg Sankey, interim director of the NCAA's National Letter of Intent steering committee, wrote Nelson that he has been granted "a full and complete release" from the letter he signed with the Bears, Houston television station KRIV reported.
