Boston Bruins: Boston star Joe Thornton was expected to be in a hospital for a third consecutive night Sunday while he is treated for a staph infection on his forehead. The Bruins don't expect their captain back on the ice Monday. Dallas Stars: Marty Turco still isn't at Stars training camp while he remains a restricted free agent. But the Dallas goalie's agent, Kurt Overhardt, said he's planning on visiting the Stars camp in Vail, Colo., this week and hopes to renew stalled negotiations. Being called the "perfect utility guy" can be a backhanded compliment to a player, but Dallas forward Stu Barnes only sees it as positive. "I've always said that as long as I get a chance to get out there, that's the big thing for me," Barnes told The (Dallas) Morning News.
