Newman, Kenseth keep rolling

With Mother Nature's blessing, the Winston Cup Series was spared the fury of Hurricane Isabel. As the storm swept into Canada, Ryan Newman completed a sweep of his own. Newman's crew chief Matt Borland proved that Mike Shanahan has nothing on him. And new rules were put to the test in Dover.
