Telfair plans to announce choice Thursday

Top 100 forward Shane Foster of Kenner-Bonnabel, La., has announced for Vanderbilt over LSU and Georgetown, among others.

Touted guard/forward Dwayne Day of Mt. Vernon-Montgomery County, Ga., has picked South Carolina over interest from Florida, Georgia, Georgia State, Mississippi, Clemson and Mississippi State. Top 100 forward Charles Thomas of Jackson-Callaway, Miss., is set to announce between Florida State, Georgia and Arkansas.
