Goalie taken to hospital after first period
MONTREAL -- Montreal Canadiens goaltender Jose Theodoresuffered a bruised collarbone Thursday night and was pulled after the first period of a 5-4 overtime victory over the Nashville Predators.
Theodore suffered the injury during pregame warmups when he was struck by a shot from Pierre Dagenais. He played the first period against the Predators, surrendered two goals on just four shots and was replaced by Mathieu Garon.
