ST. LOUIS -- St. Louis Blues goaltender Brent Johnson cleared waivers Wednesday and will try to revive his career with Worcester of the American Hockey League.

"I think when he goes down there, right off the bat, I know we're going to play him," coach Joel Quenneville said. "Obviously, right now you're probably going to feel a little bit beaten-up, but hey, it's a competitive world and it's up to him to prove he's able.
