Star H.S. PG expected to declare for draft

NEW YORK -- The advertisement on the scorecard sheet wished Sebastian Telfair and four other New York metro area McDonald's All-Americans success with their "athletic and academic endeavors in college."

But whether the highly touted six-foot point guard actually will hit the books or make the jump to the NBA will remain a mystery for another day.
