NIT clash seems so long ago

SAN ANTONIO -- Georgia Tech's Preseason NIT semifinal win over Connecticut in November doesn't matter. It has absolutely no relevance to Monday's title game.

UConn can stop with its revisionist history that states Emeka Okafor didn't play in the game. What has transpired since Georgia Tech's 77-61 rout is of more importance then the result at Madison Square Garden.
