Say goodbye to lottery locks

Devin Harris, Josh Childress, Luol Deng and Shaun Livingston all put off the inevitable when they declared for the NBA draft by saying they wouldn't sign with an agent.

But no early-entry candidate projected to go in the lottery has ever withdrawn from the draft.

Not one, according to the NBA.
