Pair of WRs head north for jobs

A pair of one-time high-round NFL wide receivers, R. Jay Soward and Jacquez Green, are hoping that some northern exposure might help to resurrect their flagging careers.

Soward, the first-round choice of the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2000, has signed a contract with the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL. A second-round choice of Tampa Bay in the '98 draft, Green is also headed north, signing with the CFL's Montreal Alouettes. Contract details were not immediately available for either player.
