Shanahan counting on Griffin, Lelie

The Broncos need Ashley Lelie and Quentin Griffin to step up, if they are to reach the Super Bowl.

Mike Shanahan isn't going to settle for less than a Super Bowl. That's not just his best case, it's his only case.

For that to happen, many things must come together. Someone has to step up at halfback to replace Clinton Portis. Quentin Griffin has the best chance. Griffin needs to produce 1,200 or more yards, and maintain a 4.5 yards per carry average.
