Training camps have finally arrived. ESPN.com senior writers John Clayton and Len Pasquarelli will be travelling all over the country to bring you the latest news on all 32 NFL teams.

Best Case
Seattle needs to dramatically improve its defense in order to improve its playoff chances. Under Ray Rhodes last season, the Seahawks gave up too many big pass plays. They worked hard in the offseason to upgrade the personnel.

Bobby Taylor joins Marcus Trufant and Ken Lucas to form the NFC West's best cornerback trio. Grant Wistrom and Chike Okeafor should combine for at least 15 sacks from the defensive end position. Marcus Tubbs, the team's first-round choice, should add punch to the interior of the defensive line.
