Cleveland needs victories to regain trust
Watching Cleveland might be a little like swallowing a table spoon of castor oil at times in 2004.
BEREA, Ohio -- Give the Cleveland Browns credit for this: While much of the NFL feels their last place finish in 2003 was deserved, and pundits insist improvement will be difficult, players believe in this team.
The Browns are not quite the rag-tag bunch that some have portrayed. Then again, it's difficult to see Cleveland finishing above .500. In fact, 8-8 would be a pretty good season for coach Butch Davis, who could be on the hot seat if the Browns struggle.
