The Comeback Kid

Signature Match Sept. 6, 2003 - On the verge of losing in straight sets, Andy Roddick staged an amazing comeback in the semifinals at the U.S. Open. After dropping the first two sets to Argentina's David Nalbandian, Roddick rallied to win, 6-7, 3-6, 7-6, 6-1, 6-3.

"If this would have happened a year ago, I probably would have freaked out that I was down, gotten upset," the fourth-seeded Roddick said. "I tried to keep it pretty even keel."
