Browns' leading rusher out with neck stinger

Cleveland Browns: Browns running back Lee Suggs was inactive for Sunday's season opener against the Baltimore Ravens because of a neck stinger.

Suggs, the club's leading rusher during the exhibition season, got hurt during practice two weeks ago and the Browns decided not to risk making it worse against one of the league's best defenses.
