Nearly an hour after his team's last-play loss to the Green Bay Packers on Christmas Eve, a game in which the perennially underachieving Minnesota Vikings surrendered 10 points in the final 3:34, Mike Tice was still hanging around the locker room talking about a defeat that "rips your heart out."
