After watching Week 17, here are some final observations, and some for next year. This is the final edition of the Fantasy Dozen for the season, but you can look forward to more in-depth coverage of the past 17 weeks and a complete look ahead to the next campaign. Our year-round fantasy coverage begins tomorrow and continues throughout the NFL playoffs and offseason.

Jamal Lewis should still be regarded highly: Injuries and a suspension made him a bit of a disappointment this year, but with a possible playoff berth on the line in Week 17, Lewis finished the season in a very positive manner. His 167-yard outing against the Dolphins served clear notice that he should still get high consideration as a late first-round pick in 2005.
