Lanier was 58-70 in four seasons

Siena: Siena fired coach Rob Lanier on Tuesday following a season in which the Saints set a school record with 24 losses.
Lanier, who led Siena to the 2002 NCAA Tournament in his first season as coach, had four years left on his contract. Lanier, 36, went 58-70 in four seasons.
"Rob has had some success here. We went to two postseason
tournaments with him," athletic director John D'Argenio said at a
