One of the happiest stories among the qualifiers for the 2003 CITGO BASSMASTERS Classic presented by Busch Beer is the triumphant return of Randall Romig.

The 52-year-old veteran of the big-league bass wars enjoyed a stellar B.A.S.S. career before family health problems forced him into premature retirement three years ago. The Pennsylvania pro went on an indefinite hiatus from a career that had earned him more than $247,000 and three second-place finishes.
