Tourney MVP Kessel nets two goals, two assists

PLZEN, Czech Republic -- The United States won its second under-18 world ice hockey championship, beating Canada 5-1 Sunday behind two goals and two assists from Phil Kessel.
Jason Lawrence, Peter Mueller and Nathan Gerbe also scored for the U.S., which pulled away after Canada's Ryan O'Merra tied it 1-1 with a first-period goal.
