Jordan allegedly caught with steroids at border

BATON ROUGE, La. -- LSU reserve fullback Shawn Jordan, facing charges involving steroids, has been suspended from the football team, head coach Les Miles said Thursday.

Jordan was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance Tuesday in his hometown of El Paso, Texas, after allegedly attempting to transport anabolic steroids across the U.S. border from Juarez, Mexico.
