Mark Schlereth enjoyed great success during a 12-year NFL career with the Washington Redskins and Denver Broncos, and quickly went on to become a respected NFL analyst after he retired following the 2000 season. A member of three Super Bowl championship teams and a Pro Bowl selection in 1998, the longtime offensive guard was still looking for something to fill a void that was created when he ended his pro football career.

"What I missed most from my NFL days was the camaraderie of the locker room, the smack talk and the fun," said Schlereth, now an analyst on ESPN's "NFL Live." Schlereth certainly didn't think he would find what he missed about pro football in the "silly" world of fantasy football.
