Vitt to have procedure to address artery blockage

St. Louis Rams interim head coach Joe Vitt, who has posted a 2-1 record since taking over the team from an ailing Mike Martz, will undergo an angioplasty procedure Monday morning to address some blockage in a coronary artery.

Vitt, 51, is only expected to miss a small amount of time and the Rams, after Sunday's 24-21 victory over Jacksonville, are entering their bye week.
