It's a hot, windless June day on Florida's Lake Tohopekaliga, but the milfoil is fresh and green, and Larry Nixon has been catching bass with a plastic worm around isolated clumps of the vegetation. He's not catching enough, however, and someone else wins the tournament with a spinnerbait, no less.
