Isles lose another goalie: Snow out four weeks
NEW YORK -- The New York Islanders will be without backup goalie Garth Snow for up to four weeks after the 12-year NHL veteran sprained ligaments in both knees.
The 36-year-old Snow was diagnosed Thursday with medial collateral ligament sprains in both knees. He was injured with 8.5 seconds left in regulation in Wednesday night's 4-3 overtime win against the Florida Panthers.
