Engine problem forces Bucks' plane to make detour
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- A Midwest Airlines jet carrying the Milwaukee Bucks and other passengers made an unscheduled stop at Gerald R. Ford International Airport after a mechanical problem with one of the plane's engines, an airline spokeswoman said.
The airplane, which was carrying 34 people, landed at 11:50 p.m. EST Monday, Midwest spokeswoman Carol Skornicka said.
