Attorney: Texas' Brown passes university drug test

Texas cornerback Tarell Brown has tested negative on a drug screening for cocaine and marijuana administered by the university, his attorney Jamie Balagia told ESPN's Joe Schad on Wednesday.

Brown has been suspended from No. 2 Texas' game against No. 1 Ohio State on Saturday night for his role in an off-field incident involving a hand gun and marijuana. Brown faces misdemeanor drug and weapon charges.
