Our good friend Jeffrey Loria, owner of the Marlins, is back in the news with his new book, "All I Really Need to Know About Owning a Baseball Team, I Learned in Kindergarten."

It takes a certain type of owner to fire someone who is probably going to be named manager of the year after keeping a team with a $15 million payroll in the playoff hunt until the final two weeks of the season.
