Oregon State's Perry to miss Sun Bowl
CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Oregon State offensive guard Jeremy Perry will miss the Brut Sun Bowl because of a left knee sprain.
The 6-foot-2, 313-pound sophomore was injured in the Beavers' 35-32 victory at Hawaii.
"It's very disappointing news," coach Mike Riley said in a statement. "Jeremy is a very good player and a key component on our offensive line. We have some capable backups who have already shown that they can do an outstanding job in his place, but we will miss Jeremy."
