Angling accessories may not help you fool a fish, but they sure do make bass fishing easier and more efficient. Here are some cool items seen at the 2006 tackle show that may fit your needs:

Hook keepers built onto rods may give you a place to store a hook, but they don't prevent the hook from catching on clothing or injuring people. The Catch magnetic hook shield can be affixed to any rod and provides hook storage, plus it covers the point and barb of the hook. It employs a nickel-coated magnet that secures the hook while its plastic casing covers the point and barb of a hook as it's stored on the rod.
