S. Carolina guard Kelley will play against Georgia

COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Tre Kelley, South Carolina's leading scorer, apologized to his teammates for any embarrassment he caused with his highway arrest.

Kelley was cited for speeding early Monday by the state Highway Patrol for driving 25 mph over the speed limit on Interstate 20, according to the Department of Public Safety. A check found Kelley's license had been suspended for failure to pay other traffic tickets.
