San Francisco Giants: A bout with the flu hasn't affected Barry Bonds' swing.

Bonds hit his first home run of spring training, connecting in the fourth inning against Esteban Loaiza on Friday in the San Francisco Giants' 5-3 loss to the Oakland Athletics.
