FFL: Non-Skill Position Offseason Moves

The recent moves involving major skill-position players aren't the only offseason transactions that will affect your fantasy outlook of 2007. Here's a quick rundown of other prime changes that you should note for the next fantasy football season. Patriots sign LB Adalius Thomas: The versatile Thomas is a fine rusher off the edge and should help the New England defense maintain a place among fantasy football's best units next season. As an individual defender, he won't make quite enough tackles to satisfy you, though. 49ers sign CB Nate Clements: The addition of Clements gives the Niners a top cover corner to help handle the potent passing offenses in the NFC West. Bringing in safety Michael Lewis will also help, but San Francisco still needs more help up front to become a dependable fantasy unit as they move towards a 3-4 look.
