Ex-Packer Forester dies after long illness
GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Former Green Bay Packers linebacker Bill Forester died after a long illness. He was 74.
Ron Burke, a funeral director for the Eastgate Funeral Home in Dallas, said a graveside service was held there Monday for Forester, who died on Friday.
The Dallas native spent his entire 11-year NFL career from 1953
to 1963 with the Packers. After playing as a defensive tackle at
