Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., the untested but wildly popular son of Mexican legend Julio Cesar Chavez, has yet to fight a quality opponent since turning pro in 2003.

All junior welterweight titlist Paulie Malignaggi has wanted to do is fight big names since he started punching for pay in 2001.

It could wind up being a match.
