BASSMASTER Magazine, September/October 2007
When your bait finds its mark — at the tip of a bass' nose— the art of deceit commences. Shake your rod tip just enough that the tentacles of your tube flare. This trickery, perpetrated to gain deceptive advantage over unseen quarry, has worked. His mouth is opening and soon his gills will flare, consuming this soft plastic sham. Hurry, set the hook — it's not every cast that proves you a perfectly dishonest angler.
