More than 150 remember Habs legend Pollock

NORTH HATLEY, Quebec -- Jean Beliveau, Senator Frank Mahovlich and Scotty Bowman were among the mourners Monday at a memorial service for Sam Pollock, the former general manager who built the Montreal Canadiens Stanley Cup dynasties in the 1960s and 1970s.

Dickie Moore, along with former Canadiens coach Claude Ruel and others from the organization, joined about 150 people in attendance at the one-hour service at St. Elizabeth of Hungary church in the picturesque Eastern Townships village.
