Syracuse guard Rautins hurt in Tournament of Americas
Syracuse guard Andy Rautins is expected to be out for the 2007-08 season after injuring his left knee during Canada's loss to Brazil in the Tournament of the Americas on Wednesday night in Las Vegas.
Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim, who is an assistant on Team USA, said Thursday that he was "99 percent sure" that Rautins, a junior, had torn his ACL.
Rautins played two minutes for Team Canada on Thursday night. His father, Leo, is the head coach.
