League fines Chargers' McCree $7,500 for shot to the head on Packers' Driver

San Diego starting free safety Marlon McCree has been fined $7,500 by league officials for a shot to the head of Green Bay wide receiver Donald Driver during last Sunday's 31-24 loss to the Packers.

The play occurred in the first quarter, with Green Bay facing a third-and-two situation from its own 21-yard line.
