Ngata fined for personal foul, Lewis for unsportsmanlike conduct

Cleveland Browns tailback Jamal Lewis and Baltimore Ravens nose tackle Haloti Ngata have been fined $5,000 each for their actions in last week's game between the two teams.Both incidents occurred in the first quarter of the Browns' 33-30 overtime victory.
