Sooners won battle in the trenches on defense

Oklahoma's offense erupted in the second half of the Big 12 championship game. But the Sooners have four defensive linemen who are going to be causing fits in the Big 12 for the next two years.

Missouri's offense knew it was going to have its hands full in the trenches against Oklahoma in the Big 12 championship game. The Tigers were well aware that Oklahoma possesses one of the best young defensive tackle tandems in the country with sophomore DeMarcus Granger and redshirt freshman Gerald McCoy. Add sophomore defensive end Auston English to the mix and you have an extremely young and talented defensive line.
